We are pleased to welcome you as a visitor of Mokveld Valves BV. After you have registered and have shown your identification, your host will welcome you and guide you through our premises.

Wear your visitor badge

Please wear your visitor badge visibly at all times. Please return the badge at the reception when you leave Mokveld.

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Depending on the nature of your visit, personal protective equipment may be required. Mokveld has a limited supply of PPE available. Your host can provide you with:

Safety shoes (boot swabs)

Safety glasses (if specified by your host)

Hearing protection (if specified by your host)

Keep in mind!

You are responsible for your personal belongings. Please do not leave your belongings unattended.

Photography and filming is not permitted

Smoking is only allowed in the designated area

Please note there are forklifts driving around in our factory. Keep a safe distance.

Some machines are a potential hazard to anyone with a cardiac pacemaker.

Alarm & Evacuation

When you hear the alarm (‘slow-whoop’ sound)

Together with your host, wait for instructions from the Emergency Response Team, recognisable by the green vests with ‘BHV’ print.
In the event of an evacuation, gather at the muster point specified by the Emergency Response Team (BHV).
Never leave the grounds without permission.

Accident & First aid

In case of an accident or emergency

Call the internal emergency number 333 (not on a mobile phone).
Follow the instructions.
Wait for the Emergency Response Team (BHV).

What to do in case of fire?

Follow these instructions in case of fire.

Press the manual fire alarm button
During office hours, call the internal emergency number 333 (not on a mobile phone). After office hours, call 112.
Try to extinguish a small fire.
Close doors and windows.
Follow the escape route to the nearest emergency exit and move to a muster point.
Keep to the right on the stairs and in the hallways. Do not use the lift.
